Yes it is perfectly possible to bleed during your pill free break if you continued to take the pill whilst pregnantA menstrual bleed is caused by the lining of the uterus coming away after an unfertilised egg implanted. The bleed that you experience on a 7 day pill free break is actually a result of the drop in the hormones contained in the pill.So if you continue to take the pill whilst pregnant, your hormones will still drop during the pill free break and you may still bleed. The bleeding may be a little lighter since the body will produce its own hormones during pregnancy. If the person taking the pill believes she may be pregnant (or has missed a pill), the arrival of a period should NOT be treated as a confirmation of no pregnancy. They should take a pregnancy test and get to see their doctor for advice.

Yikes it's very dangerous to be pregnant and still taking birth control pills, see your doctor.

As a male, I wouldn't know. But I would say the best thing to do is to visit the doctor and just ask about it. That way you'll get proper medical advice, which is best.
