It depends mostly on your genes and genetic predisposition,or rather your DNA,and those of your predecessors:parents,grandparents etc
My parents arent that tall,but i'm quite tall and i think i got it from my grandparents(never got to meet 'em though!)
Whatever the case,you should'nt let that bother you too much,as in my opinion having healthy and well functioning kids should be the priority as at some point in our lives it tends to over ride most of the other externalities

Depends on your genes. Look to the rest of your family at large, if ANYONE in your extended family are tall then there's the possibility for tall children as well. The probability is lower, but present.

Yes it is possible. Sometimes tall genes skip many generations and seem to come out of no where. Although it is unlikely you will be extremely taller then your parents it is possible.
Also lifestyle has a bit to do with it. It is important to get the sleep you need and eat right.
