I would suggest that you speak to a doctor. Only a doctor can realistically tell you what's right and wrong for your body as much as possible.

TasteofIndia agony auntWell, it's certainly not healthy for you, and I would image that yes - overexerting your body could lead to harming the baby. Please go see your doctor and discuss what is healthiest for you to be doing now. If you are worried about gaining weight, well you need to stop worrying about that. Your body NEEDS to put on weight to support the child and be healthy! Are you trying to hide your pregnancy? That will not last very long.

You are young and your body is going to need to be at its healthiest. Please do not worry about your weight and do not hide the fact that your body needs to relax right now. Best of luck, sweetness!

I do a lot of strength workout, meaning pushing my body to its max to gain muscle. I had a miscarriage because of this. I was 2 month pregnant and dint know. So wouldn't recommend working out too hard.
