 You can surgically restore your hymen, but spending all of that money to restore it after having torn it the first time...and getting ready to tear it again...you'd only be doing it to pretend to be a virgin again. I won't judge you, because there are cultures who still oppress women enough to cause them to go through genital mutilation in order to restore "honor" or "purity" or whatever.
I also won't tell you not to do it, but just think about this for a second. What will it take for long-standing culture injustices towards women to change? You made a choice to sleep with someone. Why not stand behind it?

 you can have the hymen returned... but why you would want to I don't know... I never actually remember losing mine I am sure i lost it at a very young age from climbing trees, cartwheels, splits and horseback riding...but like all but a few said.. it's not just the physical, there is a mental aspect to it as well.

 I agree with the posters who say that virginity is not just a physical state so once you have lost it you don't get it back.
If your question anyway is about the possibility of having your hymen repaired/reconstructed, yes, you can, there's a simple surgical procedure called " hymenoplasty ". Be aware it is rather expensive.
