 When a woman has a cliteral orgasm her cliteris and vagina swells, lubricates and sometimes pulsates.

 Seeing that every person is different, some women are easier to detect than others when they have had an orgasm. Some guys are unable to tell, others can. It all depends on the guy, the gal and the circumstances. Generally if invovled in intercourse when the female orgasm occurs the walls of her vagina will contract around the mans penis and it's quite strong and even if a man hasn't experienced it before it wouldn't be too hard to guess as to what had just happened.
It might help you if you did a bit of research on the female orgasm and what occurs within the body during climax. As you said, with men it's obvious, with women it can be as well if you know what it's all about.
