Yes I think it is normal. You are in the angry stage right now. I don't know how long the both of you dated but I have felt this way before. It's like too mad to cry about it, just a lot of anger. But to hate someone you obviously love them still... You can't have so much anger and hatred towards someone you care nothing about. I'm sure it'll pass eventually and you will cry and miss him. It could also be that you don't feel like it is officially over. Personally I would rather be mad than crying all the time any day. But feel free to email me if you want. I am going through a break up right now as well. Good luck.

yes i think it is normal to feel "hate" i think it's down to feeling hurt by that person or just the breakup.

I think you go through a wide range of emotions. I've felt really upset at the start, then it turned to anger after I thought about what my ex had done, its all part of the recovery process.

you started off saying you dont feel much after the break up and then told us your feeling hate. clarify for me the details of what your emotions are and then i think we can find an snwer.
p.s. you need to be as descriptive as possible; why it feels that way, what its doing to you/him, what caused it, really explore your emotions and write em down and we all can help answer that question a bit better. you'll seee
