At the same time I feel no pain, but there is blood... can this sometimes happen, or do you think I should go to the doctor incase he hurt me inside. I doubt he did because it doesn't hurt at all. Could this be normal?

You should go to the doctor immediately. It could be due to ovarian cysts, or it could also be due to polycystic ovarian syndrome. Do you have a sedentary lifestyle? Then you should go to the doctor and change your lifestyle.

It's often a sign of chlamydia, simple test, and if you do have the STI then treatment is just antibiotics for you and your partner I believe. But see a doctor as soon as possible.

Women can "spot" at any time of the month. It's possible that you just stimulated the womb and a bit of the menstrual blood came out, and often it is a sign that you are ovulating. If this often happens to you 14 days before the start of your next period, it's probably your ovulation day. Hope this helped.
