Jealous partners are always difficult to deal with because their thinking is often irrational. Assure him once again but not twice, be very strong and firm about it, if you are winey you will sound like you are cheating.

Prove to him that he's wrong. Try to gain his trust.
You can do that by spending more time in him than anybody else.
Or in the other view, try to ask him why he can't manage to trust. You know people view other people by their own way of action. He might be the one to be accused.
Either way you must clear things and set it straight.
