So is the question of sex harming the baby or ejaculate harming the baby?Anyway, neither one will harm the baby. You'll be fine. And I'm not sure about vaginal infections from semen if you let it "just sit up there". The whole purpose of semen is to be deposited in the vagina for impregnation. The vagina self cleans and removes what it doesn't need through vaginal discharge. Hope this helps.

I had sex all the way through my first 2 pregnancies and still having sex during this one (i'm 5months) Its safe to have sex all the way through your pregnancy up until the point where your waters have broken.unless your doctor advises you against it.You shouldnt do it after your waters breaking because it can cause infection.
hope this helps

It won't harm the baby at all. The baby is tucked away with a protective seal shading him from anything. I was advised by my midwife (I'm 6 months pregnant) that if you feel in the "mood" whilst pregnant to go for it so to speak.
There is nothing wrong with having sex in the last trimester. I am in the final trimester and the odd occassion that I am in the mood I have sex with no problems. Obviously I'm careful how long I lay on my back and don't let my boyfriend get too rough but nothing has happened to our baby so far.

Sex is fine all the way up until YOU Don't feel comfortable with it. I hear that it's not advisable in the last trimester, but it won't harm the baby.
