any astrology book will tell you this sort of information. but i hope that you are basing who you date on more than their astrological sign?! i am a Sagittarius and i think over my life i must have dated pretty much one of every sign and sometimes the ones who were supposedly 'compatible' have actually been the worst boyfriends!
you need to look more at how they treat you, what they say (but more importantly how they behave) their aspirations, their upbringing and subsequently the way they interact with their parents, family, friends, people in authority and people in general, their level of intelligence and emotional intelligence, how they apply themselves to work or study, the way they speak about other people, especially ex partners (are they respectful when they speak of them?)
aside from all of the above though if you want a quick text book answer to the matching of leo with gemini, then apparently yes, the book says 'harmonious'
