After two hours of being on wave runners, we went back to our house and i hopped into the bathroom to start taking a shower. I went to urinate and it hurt a bit. Startled, I looked down and noticed like three red spots (not bumps) and I noticed that the tip of my penis was extremely sensitive, including when cloth from my boxers touched it. Its been three days since I noticed it and the sensitivity has dropped quite a bit, but it's still tender. As far as the spots go they're still there. They're basically just centered around the hole. As far as my sexual history goes, I haven't had intercourse since January (protected, always), and I haven't received a blowjob since mid January as well. What could this be? Could it be mere friction, as I was wearing new swimming trucks and I was going extremely rough on the waverunner. Should I go to the doctor or just wait, as there's no pain in urinating or ejaculating anymore, and there's only slight sensitivity?Thank you kindly!!!

iluvsox is verified as being by the original poster of the questionIts been a while since I logged on. The spots only lasted 3 days before they went away. They did appear, however, after wearing the swimming trunks again, so I concluded that it was the new swimming trunks that did it. I cut out the mesh and tossed them in the wash roughly four times in a row. No spots since then!! :)

i agree with angelDlite wait a couple of day and if there is no improvement then visit your doctor.
atleast if you havent had unprotected sex then you can rule out an sti.
hope it gets better

i would say see how this goes and if the spots are still there in a few days, go to your doctor so they can rule out other possible causes
