hai. im the same age as you and this happens to me sometmes. so dnt worry ur normal=]
jst hormones and stuff i think. they shud stop after a while so dnt fret.
my advice is to make a playlist of songs that make you happy so that whenever your feeling down you can play this. or have a gd laugh or cry dwn the phone to a mate.
tlk to ur mum too. she might b able to relate but i can understand if u might feel too embarassed tlkin to her bout this. Much luck x

im not that much older than u but im still like that! its all hormones so i wouldnt worry about it!
just when u do feel sad, dont lash out on others coz that can cause all kinds of problems! just shut urself away with a film or something
i know this is a cliche.. but its all part of growing up!
dont worry

Do your moods change because of what you think about or what people say to you??
If so then it sounds like this behaviour is normal....all teenagers get mood swings, i know i do! although mine are like, very hyper---calm----screaming the roofs down mainly because im happily in love to bored to thinking about something ive lost and can't find! (which really frustrates me lol)..Everyone's different though hun, best wishes x
