Im engaged, we both work, we both have qualifications and we both pay our bills and tax. So lets get the prejudging out of the window first. Ok here goes.Right i have perfect periods.. (every 28 days, they last 3-6 days, typical flow ect) Anyway as the story goes... I came on my last period September 2nd. lasted 6 days. Anyway we thought for a change whilst on holiday, we would try the natural method (i hate the pill (weightgain!), had implanon (SEVERLY bad mood swings) ect) so we stick to condoms (and correctly use them)Anyway so i research the natural method and i was told start counting the days from the day of your period, dont have unprotected sex after day 10. So i go to my trusted aunt about this and tell her. And she re-informs me that it is from the LAST day of your period... so i go on to trust her. Anyway. So we start the natural method on the 10th (What i knew as Day 2 and we have sex with no condoms until the 16th (aka day 8) then we went back to condoms ect.Anyway 30th of September comes... No period. So i leave it thinking "oh maybe im just stressed" Two weeks later and then nothing. So i go to my doctor and tell him. He did a test and its negative and says come back in 2-4 weeks if your period hasnt come. I asked him his medical facts about the natural method and he confirmed it IS from the day your menstrual cycle starts! Which when calculated, the last day of unprotected sex was day 14! Aka most fertile time. Anyway. Now i (if time were normal) my period was due 2 days ago and still nothing.Ive tested each week getting more expensive pregnancy tests each time. the last test i did was yesterday and it was still a negative (That test cost me £13! - ClearBlue Digital Double pack) I can understand some being too early. But if i am, then i would be six weeks now. I have one more expensive test stick left and im doing my final test in a few days. But now im scared. If im not pregnant then what is wrong? Can i be pregnant and get constant negative results?? and i mean CONSTANT. Have any of you heard of this before?? Ive been using the first wee of the morning.. Anyw idea?So to summarise..- Last period 2nd September- Unprotected sex 10th to the 16th September (days 8- 14 of cycle)- 4 Negatives from various priced tests Every other week or so. - Possibly 6 weeks pregnant now- Anyone heard of constant negatives before? Can you get proof?- If im not pregnant... what is wrong?

He did the scan, whom confirmed i was pregnant. However, no heartbeat. The doc said that basically i was pregnant but no placenta had developed enough to give out enough HCG to be picked up by a test. Basically my baby was dead inside me and i never knew. Now i blame myself for it all.

t4llyann - not been on the pill for a year, been off implanon for year a few months. Plus my periods prior to september were perfectly fine and normal...and yeah thats my point, i cant see how i can be pregnant with so many negative results.
Marieclaire - that is my worry. Hence why im worried. Im thinking phantom pregnancy? yet would that give positives? If not im thinking Polycycstic ovaries which is MAJORLY worrying me right now. Ive not had any pain however - which is a main symptom. All i have had is a very small cramp at the start of october, nothing since.
Very wierd it doesnt add up... ill let you know what the doctor says. Im thinking an unltrasound, if his test is negative may be the best idea....

I think it might have something to do with being on the pill or the other method you use. I'm probably wrong but i heard it takes time to get out of your system and for your periods to return to normal again? but go to you doctor and get it checked out, i can't see so many pregnancy tests being wrong.

Yes, you are pregnant. The doctor will be able to confirm
with a simple ultra sound since you are probably two months or so along. There are times pregnancy tests can give
repeated negatives if your hormones are different than
the "average" woman. You had sex at the prefect time
for conception.

I think you'd be best going to the doctor and being checked. It's the only way to be sure really.
