I am sorry to have to tell you that nothing REALLY works - a fortune to the first person that have a remedy for this.
All methods reported here are just palliatives at best and snake oil at worst!

Ive been told that it is very hard if not impossible to get rid of stretch marks if they are the same color as your skin or lighter. If they are purple/pink then they are still fresh and you can help them by applying cocoa butter or other creams. I recommend Retin-A (see a dermatologist.)

There are oils sold at pharmacies that are supposed to work. A friend of mine tried them and got some results.

Dear Hunnie Poo - No not really. There are plastic surgons here in the US that are using some type of injectable stuff that puffs them out and reduces the appearance. Other than that - once you have them you have them and no amount of coco butter will put them to rest. Sorry!

Not sure if it works or not, but I have heard that a moisturizing cream like cocoa butter works. I don't know if it eliminates them completely, but it should help.
