writes: Ok this has been driving me nuts and I need help with this, theres this guy I use to like but I havent seen him in ages and I don't know he left me on bad terms (he turned in to a jerk) and now he has just poped up in my head and I don't know what I can do to get him out of my head because it's starting to drive me up the wall and I don't even know why I'm thinking about him. got any sugestions on how I can get him out of my head? and you are right it does drive you up the wall.
unfortunately i still have to see this jerk. everyday infact!
i think perhaps you should find another guy, who is not a jerk and begin to really like him. You will feel more confident because you will feel like you have a new goal in life. You will also be able to move on from the jerk,
its gradual progress but oh well! you will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders when you move on!

Think about why this guy left you, think of all the bad things he did or said to you and why you are MUCH better off without him. Tell yourself you deserve much better and he doesn't deserve you AND BELIEVE IT!!!
Then think about what you REALLY want from a relationship that you know this other guy wasn't able to give you. There are tons of guys out there who would love to get to know you better so forget this "jerk" and just enjoy being you and meeting new people.
