i don't know if this is helpful at this point or not but i had the same problem and only 15. Im assuming she doesn't know you like her. I was at a party a few weeks ago and met this amazingly hot girl. But when my buddy left for a few minutes to get firecrackers (he was basicalyy the only person i knew there) i went over and told her i was interested in getting to know her better. Find someplace where you know where you'll meet her casually (party or school halls) and make eye contact or "accidentaly" bump into her and say sorry or something and if you see her alot compliment her on something new like a new hair cut or tell her she looks cute or something and just start talking. Just find an excuse to talk to her and stick with that until the right moment comes for you to tell her that u like her or ask her out and would like to know her better.
Sorry it was so long but i hope it helps. Good Luck!

Since u like her so much talk to her while looking a lil bit above her head and you'll get less uneasy talking to her until u can actually talk to her while lookin at her. This trick worked for me

Don´t think so much of it. Just talk to her. Plan out a conversation before you talk to her. Know what your going to say before you say it. That way you know you wont just blank out and have nothing to say. Start with a hi, and build your way up to it. Dont come out and tell her you like her right off the bat. Compliment her. Tell her she has a nice shirt. Or pretty hair, earrings, etc. If she likes you, she will respond. Once again, Dont think so much of it. Worry more about inner beauty than outer! Good Luck!
