I recently went to the doctors to see if a discharge was anything to worry about. The tests proved negative so is it just natural cum, coming out during the day? If not are their any other sugestions.

You arent cumming in your panties, hun.
Its completely normal for a girl, all girls discharge around puberty. Panty-liners are meant for discharge mainly, so if it bothers you just go buy some. but its definitely nothing to worry about.

Perfectly normal. This isn't an orgasm. This is what happens during puberty and unfortunately for us women, this is what will happen to you for most of your life! You can buy some pantyliners from your chemist - they are designed to protect your underwear from getting mucky in between periods. You may have already started your period but if you haven't this is probably a sign that you might do soon.

As for the young lady that should be your normal vaginal discharge, you seem to be of age of puberty, you should know that your vagina is an organ that cleans itself through discharge, it wasnt designed for perfume so there is no need for a sweet smell, at the same time if there is an unpleasant odor then there is need for concern, but that doesnt seem to be the case with you, just keep in mind to be hygenic avoid wearing dark coloured, or really tight underwear, no need to clean inside of the vagina, thats what the discharge is for and remember to always wipe front to back these things are important to avoid yeast infections. You can try some panty shields (unscented) if it bothers you about getting on your underwear, change them regularly.

That's just your body doing it's job...discharge is normal, it's meant to keep your lady parts from drying out, and it can happen anytime of the day. It does not mean you're having an orgasm.

If you're not having pleasurable vaginal contractions, it's not an orgasm.
Women discharge a little bit of fluid regularly, you'll discharge more or less depending on when you're fertile and when you're going to get your period. All this is normal and healthy.
When you orgasm, you may or may not ejaculate, but you'll probably be trying to have an orgasm. Most women don't ejaculate all the time when they orgasm, and some women never ejaculate. For some women ejaculation comes naturally, and for some people they have to learn it.
Since you're young, if you want to orgasm, you'll need to start masturbating. Generally, clitoral orgasms usually don't lead to ejaculation, while sometimes g-spot orgasms do. You have a whole life of orgasms ahead of you though, so I'd just take it slow and figure out what you like.
