There is a great tablet out there that can be prescribed by doctors, I think it is called oxytetracillin. As long as you are not on the pill then you will be able to take this and believe me, it helps so much with spots and blackheads!
I used to have terrible skin when I was your age so my mum took me to the doctors and they prescribed me the oxytetracillin, it made a huge difference and I never had a problem again.
So go to your GP, explain that your skin is making you unhappy and I'm sure they will be able to help you. Apart from this, all you can do is leave the spots alone and wait until you get older for your skin to get better.
One good facial skin care system that works on spots is Dermalogica (you can get it online or in beauty salons) but it is quite expensive.
Hope this helps!

blackheads are clogged pores. best thing is to clean, tone and moisturize and DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE! Make an appointment with a facialist and get a personalized professional opinion. its soo worth it trust me.
