I understand that hardly anyone here answered the question properly, just opposed it. Anyway, used a thick lube, a lot of people prefer silicone based lubes, Astroglide is a thick one or KY jelly, thick ones don't run away and tend to last longer, you can also get desensitizing gels or creams like Anal Eaze, these can help but should only be used if all else fails really, you should obviously start insertions with small items, if you want to use specific sex toys, anal plugs are the best, get a starter set, you can find some cheap, these start thin and get wider, and you can insert them and leave them in there for a while for the anus to get used to it, but shouldn't do it for more than 30 minutes at a time, if you want to do it for longer you should relube every 30 minutes, obviously she will get used to the size so you can use bigger and bigger plugs or just deeper down as they get thicker and she will get used to bigger sizes, when inserting anything she needs to 'bare down' or push out, nothing will come out unless she needs to go, pushing down relaxes the muscles, if she is tense it won't work or will severely hurt. She should have been to the bathroom at least an hour before and not need to go. You should use a condom for cleanliness and STI's, try missionary first or girl on top, with missionary she can hold the penis so that it doesn't go too far, in terms of technique actually have anal sex; just go slow, if she is by any chance drunk and asks for it faster or harder, be careful, alcohol masks some pain, it could do damage, make sure you use a lot of lube and take it easy and slow.

but once its in, it doesn't hurt as much and you get sensation and feeling.
i still prefer it the other way. i don't like it and would never suggest it. i think it feels better for the guy cause its tighter.

Bacterial infection,,,, Anal bleeding,,, himroids,,, and more, so go and see your doctor for more risks.
Also many women love anal sex but no women will like it if it's not done correctly. Them correct way to do it is,

It *may, under certain circumstances* cause women health problems later in life. It can be one possible outcome."Anal sex is not safe 2 both u or her" - that can be true under some circumstances, but it is not a foregone conclusion. Most of the problems commonly linked to anal sex are avoidable, and there are millions of couples in the world who enjoy it without ill effect. Let's show some objectivity.Satindesire, read it again, it's a guy talking to a guy. What he said is correct. You thought the poster was female.:) Have a good day everybody.

The best advice I can give you about pleasing her during anal sex is to massage her clitoris.

Hmmm I'd say almost every girl I've done with with has enjoyed it! A few have even climaxed from it. It can be pleasing for women if they are open to it. It's just a matter of doing it right.
The best position for first time anal is missionary (you on top), and make sure you wear a condom and go very slowly, let her control the pace. It's up to her when she wants you to stop as well. Let her be in control, she'll tell you when it hurts and when it feels good.

Some do, because there are sensitive and potentially pleasurable nerve endings there, but to my knowledge, a majority of women do not really enjoy such penetration. It is very risky in some respects, including to their future health and yours as well if unprotected. Never force the issue. Any woman who wants it that way will usually mention it or ask.
