writes: so im sleeping with this guy, and he's said things like we're perfect for each other, he wants to know everything about me, and how he's glad i like him for more than just "ass". the thing is, the other night we finished, and he was just hanging out but didnt talk much to me. we kind of just watched the end of a movie and it seemed like he didnt care if we hung out or not. i dont mind too much, but why does he say things like this if he's going to be distant after? It's the age old hormones vs emotions rivalry flairing up again. After the deed, women like to chat and cuddle and feel emotionally close to the person they have just made love to. Men, on the other hand have a hormone released into their body that makes them go to sleep. So, really, you're lucky he's even awake, let alone chatty! Try not to take everything personally and give him a break for being what he is - a man!

maybe he has problems of his own thats why he is quite or it can be that he is comfortable around you he dont need to chat but have a talk to him if it keeps going and ask for answers cheersxx

People aren't always in a chatty mood. And one of the good things about becoming comfortable with someone is that you can spend time with them without feeling you have to talk all the time or be entertaining.
I wouldn't make an issue out of it unless it keeps on happening.
