I suffered from this when i was younger. The doctors gave me a lotion that didnt help it at all. I know its not healthy for your skin with the risk of skin cancer and ageing early etc. But if you only use one twice a week, sunbeds really help. It cleared mine up and i dont have it at all now. I'd ask your GP anyway, they might be able to sort you out with something that could clear it up.

Acne on the back is very common. I used to have it really bad before I got on birth control, but something I found that worked really well was while I was in the shower, I would wash my back with Olay washcloths. I don't remember exactly what they're called, but they already have the soap in them and they're white. After I got out of the shower, I would then apply Cera Ve moisturizing lotion. It works really well and neither of the products are ridiculously expensive. If you're going to try it out, use them for about a month to make sure your skin is used to them before you decide they don't work. I hope you find a solution! :)
