WHO do i email/call? there is no "contact us" section on the website and i have a feeling i just got myself ripped right off. im so worried! i only get paid about £80 a month as im a student and work part time. pleaseee help me! anyone else done this, or know anything about it? thankyou in advance!! All good advice and I agree. I fell foul of such a scam some time ago and told my card company about it. They stopped payment immediately.
I didn't get any monies back, unfortunately, but neither did I hear from the scammers at all.
They know what they are doing is wrong: it is called "inertia selling", relying on your overlooking repeated attacks on your card account, and is illegal in the UK so they would never come out of the woodwork and chase you for payment!

I got the last laugh because I kept the product that they had sent to me and they never followed up to get their monies.
I am sorry you fell for this but it is easy to do :)
I hope everything works out for you.

(Your bank or credit card company can take care of that for you immediately).Once you do that don't worry about calling them, cause they will be the one's calling you.

They also provided this additional information:
Here are some initial steps to take if you have been bulldozed by one of these companies:
1. Go to the website of the product you ordered and read all the fine print so you know what you have already signed up for. Legally, these companies must tell you in however small print, exactly what you are signing up for, and how to weave through their web of customer service run-arounds.
2. Call your bank. If you have been the victim of fraud, your bank or credit card company that the charges are going to can offer some solutions for you. Most banks will not just up and refund your money, but they can investigate allegations of fraud on your behalf, place stop payments on charges and change account and credit card numbers.
3. Save ALL information you get from these companies, including receipts, emails, confirmations, and charge statements from your financial institution and log telephone calls. These things will come in handy, should legal action become necessary.
