Hi there.
A home pregnancy test is quite accurate, but not solid enough if you keep having symptoms, and it still shows up negative.
I did 5 home pregnancy tests, and 2 were positive, and 3 were negative. I then opted for blood tests, and i was indeed pregnant.
Why don't you put your mind at ease, and just have some blood work done. That will be conclusive.
Good luck

Go to the doctor sweetie, thats what they are there for.
But, pregnancy tests these days are pretty much accurate.
