many older woemn are very attractive and why not life is for living and not regretting what you didnt do when you could have

 Well as long as you dont want children then you will be fine. Aged 43 it is very very unlikely she will be able to have children now, but if you are happy with this and just want to be with her, then why not!
It is a bit weird to have such a big age difference, especially when she is nearly old enough to be your mother. I would question what is going on in her head that has made her want to date someone so much younger - maybe she feels the need to mother her partners, who knows.
But I guess if you are both happy and in love, and are not hurting anyone (i.e she is not married) then there is no real reason to say why it wont work. You wont have as long with her as normal - when you are 43 she will be 63, so you will be in your prime when she is declining into old age. But love is love at the end of the day, you are lucky to find it so if there is nothing stopping you from being happy then I am in no position to tell you its wrong!
