 None of that tall/short stuff matters. Juat enjoy your dates for who you're with, not how tall/short they are. That is sooo not important!

 I don't believe it's all that unusual...I'm 5'10 and am currently a man whose 5'8, average height. However, he loves it when I wear heels and become that much taller than him :) His friends too like my height and I don't know if it's a culture thing...they call me "the pretty amazon" lol. A lot of guys want a shorter woman to make them feel stronger but then, there are those who appreciate taller ones for features like the long legs :) In my opinion, they are very confident men who don't need the physical aspects to make them feel manly. Again, that's just how I view it.

No, it is not unusual dispite what "Sex counsellor" says.
Different people like different things, period.
I have seen tall women dating shorter guys, but most of my tall female friends prefer taller men.
I do agree with "sex councellor" when he says:
'If you find the rite person it shouldn't matter how tall or not they are.'
But tall girls is just an attraction for you (maybe your 'type'), so I dunno why he bothered saying that.

 5ft 8 is not that short to be honest. As for tall women that is an unusual attraction, however in my experience most very tall women like taller men as they feel more secure in these relationships but everyone is different. If you find the rite person it shouldn't matter how tall or not they are.
