*antivy's profile:

Currently a young undergrad student living in the UK.

I've had an unconventional upbringing, which means I'm fairly mature and level-headed for my age. I've seen both the best and the worst of human nature, and am pretty practical and down-to-earth.

I value relationships very highly and am grateful for the chance I've been given to live the life I want, which is why I'm giving advice on here.

I'd like to think my advice is handy, though if you disagree let me know - I'm probably one of the youngest posters on here. If you want me to answer anything in particular, too, feel free to message it over :)

Best,

-T.

A.   5 June 2013: As the other posters have said. Find a job that pays enough for you to support yourself, move out and do as you please. Don't stand for being treated in such a controlling manner. You're an adult and your life is your own. I also wouldn't tell you... (read in full...)

A.   3 June 2013: The only way to prevent him from cheating on you is to break up with him. Nobody who loves you would ever cheat on you. Find yourself somebody better who treats you the way you deserve to be treated. And, next time, if anyone ever cheats dump... (read in full...)

Will having sex with him prove that I love him? I don't want to lose him. What should I do?

Q.   I just had a new boyfriend ane he want me to have sex with him to prove that i love him,i told him that i am a virgin but i am not,i dont want to lose him, what can i do?...

A.   1 June 2013: Dump him. He's clearly only interested in sleeping with you. You never need to have sex with someone to "prove" that you love them. Being a caring, kind and nice person is good enough which I'm sure you are. Kudos to you for spotting this! Re... (read in full...)

Why does this girl at work look or stare when in a long-term relationship? Am I crazy to ask?

Q.   Ok, I'll try not to make this too long as I have no idea whether to pursue this or...get a life!!:) There is a girl at work I really like and I'm getting very confused at how she feels about me. We have been looking/staring at each other for t...

A.   1 June 2013: OP, I know it sounds horrible and I've been in the same situation before but - she's got a boyfriend. Even if she thinks he's the worst guy on the planet, she's still in a relationship with him. Until they are out of a relationship, it wouldn't... (read in full...)

Is it really that boring to play board games with girls?

Q.   Dear readers, I'm a little confused about the situation I encountered a few days ago. I really like to play games that require some deep thought, including both traditional card games (no gambling though) and more recent tarding card games. So w...

A.   1 June 2013: Are you sure she wasn't just in a bad mood? I'm sure you know her quite well after 3 years of dating - I assume you have quite a good relationship? I wouldn't take it too personally - it's just that different people take different things... (read in full...)
