He just wants a trip down memory lane...that being YOUR LANE!
The choice is yours, but in my opinion, he just wants to hit it and quit it.

he probably thinks its ok to see this other girl in another country and ask you for sex seeing as you and this other girl are in separate countries do you see?
he thinks he's got one girlfriend in that country but back home he's still single in his eyes.
he's just feeding you this to get you into bed.
