 Once you are pregnant it is too late to hide for the most obvious of reasons. It would also be very stressful for both you & the baby. If you intend going ahead with the pregnancy then you need to be honest & face up to the fact that you have created a new life & give whoever else an opportunity to get used to the idea that a new baby will be part of the family.  I am not sure I understand well this question .. how could you hide a pregnancy ?- after 6-7 months, there's no hiding, it's pretty evident ! unless you mean moving to another town, or another country...
Anyway, the answer is no, unless of course you lived in a country where being an unwed mother puts you at risk of being killed or ending in jail ( not Mexico, then ).
If you are in your 20s then you are an adult and what you do with your body is your own business.

Remember this is your choice, don't let him talk you into anything you don't want or believe in. Eventually you will begin to show. And you will have to decide if you want to go alone or if you want the man in your life. Is there anyone in your family and friends you can talk to? Where are you in your life? All these questions need to be answered. Good luck and keep me posted.
