And now I am pregnant again...but before I found out I was pregnant again I found out that I have cervical cancer....eek huh? Me and my fiance do not have very much money and I was going to get an abortion and I saw the heartbeat at the clinic and I just couldn't do it! So I'm still pregnant about 2 months...n i got some MAJOR HEALTH PROBLEMS AND RISKS AND NOW I'M SCARED! I have cervical cancer...I have negative blood...only 15% of the population has negative blood so my pregnancy is just rough in the first place...I also am at risk for my uterus to tear because i had to have a c-section and because of my blood type i'd get sick if this happens...and i also had preclampsia my last pregnancy again something most women don't get...so i'm risk for that again which causes more health problems! ik that I should have used birthcontrol but i didn't...so i have to deal with it...but i'm not sure what to do because i have time to get an abortion still but i'm running out of time...what would you do? i mean im scared!!!!!

The conservatives who are against abortion will not agree with me. Some of them are 110% against abortion and they just could not believe that a case, like yours, exist. To the conservatives, listen up!
Actually we had some exchange of views a few days ago and you can find it in this thread:

NOW BACK TO HER PROBLEM:
Very few women develop cervical cancer while they are pregnant. However, if you are diagnosed with the cancer while you are pregnant, how it is treated is dependent on a variety of factors.
(1)If the cancer is detected in its earliest stage, 1A, and you are in your second or third trimester, most likely you will be able to complete your pregnancy and receive treatment after delivery.
(2)If you are only in the first three months of your pregnancy, receiving immediate treatment is strongly encouraged. However, this will result in you having to terminate your pregnancy.
If situation (2) applicable - Go for abortion.
If the cancer is already advanced to stage 1B, you will need to consider whether or not to continue your pregnancy.
(1) If you decide to continue the pregnancy, your child will be delivered by cesarean once it is able to survive outside of the womb. This is done in order for you to receive treatment as soon as possible.
(2) If you choose not to continue the pregnancy, you will receive treatment right away. The most common treatments are hysterectomy and/or radiation, both of which will prevent you from having children in the future.
If your cancer is detected at any stage beyond 1B, you are strongly encouraged to seek treatment immediately.
I suggest you undergo a total hysterectomy if you have cervical cancer to prevent the cancer from spreading. Chemotheraphy and radiation theraphy are very expensive although effective in the early stages of cervical cancer.
Don't worry about worries now, you have to survive this thing.
