Waxing it or picking it out hair by hair, or if she can afford it do a laser removal.
She could find a guy somewhere who would accept her as she is, but if she found a way to remove the mustache it would open up her options. Not to sound too shallow, but men in general aren't attracted to facial hair on women. Some are not shallow at all and won't mind, and a very very rare few are attracted to hairy women.
But like I said, she will increase her options in men if she finds a way to remove it or make it smaller.

if her mustache is very heavy (for a woman) she should check with the doctor about a possible hormonal imbalance.
I personally tweeze and wax my facial hair.. that's the best way to remove it in my opinion...

Bleaching is not really ideal as in certain light conditions the moustache will look even more noticeable. The best thing to use is facial hair removing cream which is formulated for use on the face. If this is the first time she is using hair removing cream then a normal cream for the legs may be too harsh. Also tell her to moisturise the skin throughly after washing it off. The results last about a week.

She needs to go to a beautician and get this sorted out. It can be done. It will take time and patience, and it will hurt, and it will cost. But if she is in the uk, maybe she can go to her doctor and they will sort it out for her. She really should get it done though, as people will make fun of her.

If she is really self concious about it well then it doesn't matter if a guy is interested in her or not she will always have a problem with her. If she has dark hair she can try bleaching it to see if it makes much of a difference and if not she can get laser treatment done to have it removed completely.
