If you really worry about that so much then of course you have never ever drunk a single drop of alcohol in your entire life. You kill smokers before they get within 100 meters of you. You only eat organic food, exactly the right balance. Are perfectly fit.
You avoid all polution of any kind, drink only purest water etc etc.
Simply put, the so called risk of bad genes from in-breeding are so miniscule compared to all the other risks that it really is nothing more then an old-wives tale.
In fact if two people from different RACES breed and just happen to have the same bad gene they have more chances of passing it on then otherwise healthy siblings have of spawning a random mutation.
The only risk in inbreeding is that if a family has a bad gene, breeding together makes it almost 100% sure the kid will have it. If your both healthy, then there is little extra risk. Ask a doctor, not old wives for medical facts.

Maybe adoption would be a more suitable option or a sperm donor, as that way you know that there will be no risks taken. I think it is unfair to risk the life or happyness of a child.

I dont think it would, it would depend your families health history.
I am pretty sure the health risk is only increased when its like your first family for example a brother or first cousin.
However i would still have it checked out to be on the safe side.
Good Luck x

Could go either way. It depends on your family history and your DNA.
Go and talk to your doctor. He may be able to recommended tests to do to check.
Good Luck!! xx
