If a man really has a small penis, you will not need to tell him so outright; he will already know it. All you have to do is not go out with him again, or not return his phone calls, emails, or text messages. He will know why. If he is still persistent after the cold shoulder, tell him that "we are just not compatible." He will definitely get the message now, go away, and either cut his throat, or masturbate while fantasizing about you laughing at his rock hard small penis (99 percent of the time they do the latter). Either way, it's no longer your problem. If he still doesn't go away, call the police and file a stalking or harrassment report.

Yes, it's hurtful! Just as it would be hurtful if he told you were not very good looking or attractive.
If he is not sexually satisfying you then you need to figure out ways of showing him or telling him what you need. But DO NOT denigrate him! That will most definitely not help either of you.

Even if a man knows that his penis is less than the average size, he would love to think that their girl thinks it is at least normal, even big. I think it could seriously hurt your relationship if you tell him - really, its quite a nasty thing to do. It's kind of like telling a girl their thighs look fat, or look flat chested. It's not a very nice thing, and it could stay with him for the rest of his life. It could even damage future relationships, if you guys broke off. Honey, it would offend him. End of. Good luck.
