writes: will it be weird to invite myself over to a chicks house to cook dinner and hang out for the second date????? i went on a first date with this chick but.. it was average so i want to spark things up by inviting myself over to herself and cook.. think it will be fun and also its winter over here where it gets to -20degrees!! so i thought it would be warm and shit..let us know your opinion guys! cheers

Yeah,it's over the top and it sounds like you a very "full of yourself" If i were a woman9or even a chicken0 I'd want to run for the bnearest exit if some DUDE came on to me like "hay here I am, Mr. Mr. and I can cook too so why aren't we in bed yet?"

Yes, but what you thought is transparent, I bet she'd be reading your thoughts and it all depends if she's on the same page, or if more probably she'd think you are being too pushy and trying to goad her into an intimate situation sooner than she wishes.
Don't get me wrong, the " let me cook you dinner " it's nice, fun, and romantic, but IMO it's too early for a second date , at the very least it would sound as if you are tryng to mark your territory. Keep it for some dates later.
