He kept my phone number and the note I sent to him. That probably doesnt not mean anything huh? He stares at me with permeant grin on his face. There has been countless times where I have caught him staring at me. His friends do it when Im around too.

 Well any guy (or girl) would be chuffed to be asked out by anyone really but it would be all the more pleasing if you actually liked the person asking you out. If he didnt like you he would have rejected your offer but still be pleased. Just have fun getting to know this guy. Xx

 It depends. I mean, don't go fooling yourself. If any pretty girl told a guy that she liked him of course he is going to be happy about it. He's hardly going to be disdraught, you know?
Turn the situation around so that it was a guy telling you that he likes you. That's prob the best way to look at it.
