Absolutely not. You have been told that you are a fairly attractive woman, so you must be. Attractive. Not fairly. Just wonderfully attractive. Period. Brain and hearts are the two main sexual organs (if you can call "heart/mind" as an organ though) a person has. Put a smile on your face that lights up the room, and men will turn their heads in your direction!
Plaster and leg braces make the most interesting conversation opportunities! Particularly, when you have alll those signatures and notes that people put on your plaster.
And men who do not want to talk to because they think you are "damaged goods", well, you don't want them as your friends, do you?
Even if you find some men look uncomfortable around you when you are in your plaster or leg braces or crutches, there is still a possibility that it is not because they think you are damaged goods, but that they are just afraid if they asked you what happened it would bring bad memories to you. If you want to keep them at ease when you caught them looking confused or wondering or uncomfortable at your crutches or your plaster, just say - in a matter of fact way - "car accident". Smile. Just leave it at that.
You'll be fine. Hope the surgery goes well and you will be back as usual in no time!

Their interest is normally higher up. No not between the legs - i meant the heart and they will ignore the other broken bits.

No not at all, in fact it would make you really stand out from the crowd.
