I wouldn't worry too too much. It could perhaps be, well, just a zit. If you've had it for a while and it isn't getting worse, better, or it isn't hurting, maybe a doctor's visit is needed. A majority of women, including me, sometimes get ingrown hairs on the insides of our outter-labia due to shaving/waxing/plucking. It might get infected, but I'm sure it's not the case as to your no-pain. Also, pimples which actually pop are common! Boils as well. :( Perhaps this 'growth' can be easily removed by your ob/gyn. Good luck!

Hey there I understand you're big concern as things to do with that area are always worrying but I had something similar recently, it turned out to be a boil!! It sounds disgusting having a boil there and its not because of not bathing enough its just a build up of bacteria in the skin and it doesnt hurt give it a few weeks and it should just go on it's own. Saying that though it shouldnt get any bigger and if it does then see your G.P

Hi,
I recommend going to your doctor A.S.A.P embarrassment isn't a nice feeling but it's better than risking your health! Talk to your mum about it she will understand and will help you. Hope everything works out and it turns out to be nothing serious. x
