 Just a couple of corrections:
Correct spelling: Kegel exercises of the "pubococcygeal" muscle, which both men and women may use to stop urine flow, but also can help delay male ejaculation, or in the case of females, tighten the vaginal grip around an erection. Second correction: It will not "hurt" a guy to make love to a woman who has developed such control. It feels amazing. Possible downside: It typically takes quite a lot of exercising for most women to achieve such control, but it can be done daily with no apparent visible evidence because you can contract and relax the muscles involved repeatedly while doing most anything, such as sitting, driving, standing, etc. Nobody knows that you are doing it.

 It's called a kegal muscle and yes it can tighten and help them "get their" faster if the woman knows what she's doing. Example: When you go pee, to make yourself stop peeing, that muscle you use to cut off the urine...that's your kegal. Go pee and pay attention to what tightens the second your finished. Do a few "dry runs" and you'll figure it out and how to work it. Good luck, hope this helps.

I'll be honest with you, yes, it's possible, and the only reason I can say so is that my girlfriend does it. I'm not sure if it's something that requires practice, all I know is that a girl can tighten or squeeze the muscle down there.. and it makes things feel better.
So go for it :) Practice by yourself if you can. Check Wikihow or something.
