No you are not fat but why do ask the question if you are going to ignore the answers anyway?
I bet it does not matter how many comments you get saying you are not fat, it will not change the way you think about yourself.
I was annorexic up until 15 years ago, was slim like you but wanted to be slimmer like a size 6.
Now I wish I still had the same figure as then, now that I can see properly in the mirror. Do not miss the annorexia though. But since I have put on a few pounds, love being curvy which I am told that it is just as sexy, I am happier as the priority is to enjoy life, have fun, not to be compared to skinny models.
Try to work on the issues "why it is so important to you to be classified as slim". That's where the problem is.
Good luck

Maybe a little fleshy in places but in no way do I consider myself a fat person!! I work out at least twice a week, walk everywhere and eat as healthily as I can. It's all in the mind and shape and make up of your body. While to some these measurements on them would make them look overweight/fat, however for some reason on me they just make me look feminine and curvy (in the right places) So it is difficult to judge from writing in your measurements...but comparing them to me you appear to be very slim..!! x

No you're not fat. But fat, again, depends on your perception fo the word. I said it because based on the measurements you've listed. Mostly, though, I associate a fat person as someone who sits around and does nothing, no games, no projects, no getting out or inspiration to change things for the better. To me a skrawny kid could be fat if all he does when he gets home is sit and watch TV for the rest of the day. My boyfriend is a stocky guy, but I would for sure not call him fat: he plays sports and it constanly busy with activities and ways to make other's lives better. If you're worried about your physique you have nothing to worry about--just make sure you utilize it for what it's all worth!

You're only fat if you think you are, and I don't think you are. I am the skinniest person I kno, and whenever my friends complain about their weight I think, "If people think your fat, that's their problem."
I also have friends that are so worried about weight they have annorexia and belemic tendancies, which REALLY freak me out...to many people care about them to be doing that. And whoever you are, I care about you to and I wouldn't want to see you hurt. ;-)
But, back to the question...you are only as fat as you think you are.
