Hi Bad PMS,
The solution to PMS can be a tricky road. I study chinese medicine and there are 3-4 reasons for each symptom that may occur and 3-4 formulas for each reason. So a single herb here and there will be a shot in the dark.
I have created an herbal formula for PMS which took me 6 different changes to get right. I have had over 20 women help me with their feedback and have a wonderful formulation. I am willing to send you a free bottle (because I am a start up with a low advertising budget)contact me at [email address blocked] for a bottle...that goes for all of you reading this, too!
If you don't want a bottle, I am willing to advise you on what herbs to take if you can give me more symptoms. For now try prunella and gardenia. They are for the emotions. If you get bloating and loose bowels...try some bupleurum and cyperus.
Wish you best for now,
Anthony
