You can have a condition where it doesn't come back all the way, then it will come back and get trapped back under the head of the penis, and you can't get it to go forward again, which can lead you to end up in the emergency room of your local hospital. This can happen during sex.

I had never seen anyone with the same issue but we looked it up together and although not the 'norm' it is still common.
When we used a condom our sex wasn't affect AT ALL. However, as I was on the pill, when we didn't use a condom sometimes he found it hurt slightly if we didn't use lube. That may not apply to you, could just be him.
An added note , you may need to make sure you clean your penis more thoroughly as, not to be gross, I think dirt may get trapped under the foreskin as you cannot pull it back fully?
But yeah I was in no way dissatisfied with my sex life with this guy.

Isn't that what's supposed to happen?
Unless you mean you can't pull it back properly in which CSS étouffée should go to a doctor or if you mean that your foreskin is too long for your penis then I'm sure your fine but you should probably go to a doctor as a piece of mind.
If you have a dad or man you an talk about it to then I'd advise asking them
