That makes no such difference. Without hormonal birth control and witout the use of a condom, you CAN get pregnant. Why would you have sex without protection in the first place?
And no, i doubt the test would have been accurate. Friday is too soon to have taken the test. It takes weeks for the pregnancy hormone to become apparent. You'll just have to wait and see. Take a test in or around 2 weeks.

As you may have noticed there are many new pregnancy tests on the market that mean you can check your pregnancy earlier than was previously possible. The newest one states that you can find out up to two weeks before your period although they will cost more than usual ones.
I would like to ask a bit more about why you are feeling like this? The withdrawal method is never safe and you seem sensible (you are aware precum can still get you pregnant) so how come you are in this situation at all? Don't be forced to do things you don't want to, if you're scared of pregnancy then you should ALWAYS be using protection (condoms with a kite mark as I'm sure you're aware) you can get them free from most uni's, family planning clinics or sexual health centres. Stress isn't good for your health and being worried about pregnancy is a constant niggle, I know.
The best form of contraception is not having sex, a wise person once said to me, and whilst it isn't practical, it's true.

See this post: http://www.dearcupid.org/question/can-you-take-a-pregnancy-test-too-early.html
Some good advice on there...
The pee tests are not 100% accurate. (although pretty good) The blood tests are more accurate... so if your period doesn't turn up after a negative test repeat and see a GP... Its important you follow the instructions as to when etc.

Also has some good advice...
The white discharge could be anything but probably just the detritus of the sex.
