To be honest im the same age as ur gf. And never seen one. Ive seen one errected under my ex's bfs pants but thats its. Chances r she will never have seen one! But dont rush things. Don't be afraid of ur penis size!!! That is actually big for ur age!!! I have seen a 21 year old that was only 2 inches so be glad ur not him! And I'm not going to tell u ur too young cause I was 15 when I starting fooling around with my long time boyfriend. If you do decide to have sex use protection always!!!!  I agree with Taste of India. If she loves you, and you enjoy being together, she's not going to reject you over something that is perfectly normal. You continue to grow in body until about the age of 18, and the human brain continues to develop until about the age of 25 or 30. Almost everyone feels awkward as a teenager. Girls don't have to worry about size but rest assured most girls have plenty of things that they feel awkward about that boys don't even blink an eye over. Most of us are insecure about something, and whatever that may be, it usually isn't a big deal to others.
You say "please don't start" lecturing you about the fact that you're too young, but a lot of people don't plan on having sex and wind up having sex anyway. There's nothing wrong with kissing, but you are too young to be experimenting sexually. No one your age is ready for the consequences of sex, and this behavior often leads to sex, whether you plan for it to or not.
When you do have sex, make sure you understand about condoms and contraception. Condoms are the only form of contraception that reduces the risk of STDS... the only way to protect yourself 100% is to avoid having sex. It's your decision when and if to have sex, but you have the right to know the facts.

Really, length has very little to do with a woman's pleasure during sex. Girth matters more than length for most women. Also, every woman is different. Some women cannot take more than a 6 in. penis before it hits their cervix because her vagina is rather shallow. Some women can handle 9 inches. So I wouldn't worry about your size until you get down to having sex, and then you can feel for yourself what she is like :-)
Just be safe, use condoms when you do have sex.

 I don't think that she'll be turned off, not in a billion years. You guys really like each other and love being together, and you're certainly measuring up!! Don't stress about it. I think she'll adore your "lil' buddy". Keep in mind, it may be the first she's ever encountered, so if she doesn't gasp in delight, that's why. It's new territory for her!!
