It varies how long it'll take for a girl/woman to get used to the feeling. I wasn't counting the number of lays I had after first losing my virginity, so I can't tell you exactly when it stopped being uncomfortable. But it definitely took multiple times.

It's totally normal for it to still be awkward and "too big" the second time. For me and my fella it took a MONTH for us to get it right and for my body to adjust to his size. So don't worry too much, and don't pressure your body. Maybe it will hurt more than other women, maybe it will be surprisingly easy. Everyone is different. The key is to relax, and to get in lots of practice time with your boyfriend! :)
Good luck!

Everyone is different. My first time was a bit painful but not horrible or anything and I don't remember any issues after that. It might have hurt a little but not enough for me to remember! So don't worry, as long as the man is gentle with you any pain will be minimal.

At the risk of sounding glib.... remember that the female vaginal muscles and tendons are amongst the most flexible and "stretchy" tissues in all of humankind.
Consider, that you ask about your vagina being able to be penetrated by a penis.... yet, in childbirth, the darn thing stretches sufficiently to pass the head of the baby!!!! (yes, I understand that there are some instances wherein slight cuts must be made to accomodate that... but, even so... let's agree to that "stretchiness")....
As well, you may find that medical sites on the Web will provide even more details....
Good luck....
P.S. The Aunts will give you even better information than this.....
