Unfortunately, teachers - unlike doctors, priests and the like have no obligation to grant you any sort of confidentiality. With teachers - it generally depends on your relationship with them.
If there's a school counsellor you might be able to talk to that person and retain some sort of confidentiality. Your best bet though is to speak to a professional counsellor, a priest, a physician or a police officer. These three professions generally have some sort of confidentiality 'clause' or 'code of conduct' that essentially precludes them from speaking to anyone else about your problems.
You could also post more detail of your concerns here. Noone really knows who you are - and you can keep it that way. You might also find it more beneficial to post here as there are a plethora or people who can/will respond with thoughts, opinions and options that you might not have considered.

They are bound my a confidentiality agreement and can't tell anybody what you are feeling or say unless there are signs you are in danger. Perhaps ask your history teacher how to get in touch with a school counsellor, if he is the most approachable he will probably help you out, no one else will find out-not even your parents.
I went to a counsellor when I was at school, the only people who knew was my tutor and the counsellor, no other teachers ever showed signs that they were aware I went to see someone and I chose to tell my mum, but she wasn't told by the school as they have to respect your privacy.
I hope you are ok and get the support you need.
