Hi, firstly thanks for reading this and your advice.

I'm having a big stress out at the moment!!! Number one is I'm unemployed and looking for job, but nothing out there. I'm looking to get into media again, but not had one interview. Signed up with loads of recruitment agencies, but nothing. Been 2 months. Secondly I have to move out of mine in 2 weeks and have nowhere to go. I mean nowhere. Me and the current flatmates have found a lovely flat, they have passed all credit checks, but I can't pass mine. Were meant to be moving next week. They have asked for a guarantor, but I don't know anyone that can do it. I'm basically screwed. Plus how am I going to afford rent if no job. On top of this I have uni contacting me going mental as I was enrolled on a nurses course and it's few months off finishing, but hate it with passion so left. Now student loan want all their money back asap which I can't give as that covers my rent. Can I work out a payment scheme with them!? Oh and also the guy I'm seeing is on a date this week with someone else. Will my life always suck?! I'm mid 30's and sometimes think what's the point of carrying on!

Star xxx agony auntYou are having quite a tough run at the moment, but believe me you can turn all of this around. Contact CAB as they can be a great help to you with the financial side of things and can help sort out the uni. You should also get in contact with your local council as they may be able to rehouse you and as for the person you have been seeing going on another date, really you need to cut them loose. You are vunerable at the moment and you so do not need someone in your life like that.

I wish you well xx
