If you don't do it repeatedly in a short space of time, then it SHOULDN'T damage your hair...
I agree with Virginiaac, though - Ask your hairdresser. :-D

It WILL NOT put significant damage to your hair. With every type of hair some "damage" adds texture. Go to a salon which uses Aveda products. I would recommend our Damage Remedy shampoo and conditioner. (a little pricey runs about $24 a bottle) and I would alternate that with your normal routine to keep your hair normal and healthy. (and your budget within reason) Also, the colorweave will grow out sooner or later within a few months. I have seen a lot of people with highlights with very curly hair... I mean VERY. So you have nothing to worry about, as long as your hair is naturally curly. Sounds like a good idea to me! Go for it!

No if it's done no more than twice a year it won't damage your hair, however if done improperly it will damage your ego. If you need to have it done have it done professionaly and the I would recommend mayonaise as a conditioner for one time. It stinks but so does the highlight. Use a gentle daily conditioner after that. Great hair. Ed
