 for different states and countries the legal age varies however i no it definately isnt legal for you to have sex not atleast until you are 16 but in other places the legal age is above 16

reader, anonymous, writes (26 March 2010): Although the legal age of consent is 16, no one will get in trouble for having sex at 14 with someone who's 16. People do it all the time here in the United States.. Some even way younger (12 is my definition of way younger). Although I don't agree with it, I doubt you would get in trouble.

yes, he will get into trouble... i can't believe your having sex at 13. its illegal to sex with a minor.. you want to be very careful what your both doing and certainly don't get spreading the word around!
