 No, Men will not explode, go blind, or anything else of the sort if you stop doing anything sexual to them. It may be uncomfortable for them (or outright hurt), but anyone who has been through puberty has been through worse (from what I hear, the early teenage years are the worst-- that's when the DO feel like they'll "explode"!)
Take it easy, though, girlie, there's no need to go feeling guys up just yet. It's fun and all, but once you go there, there's no going back. It was like that with my first kiss, too-- it opened up a huge pandora's box of relationship and sex issues that I just wasn't ready to face.
