I dont think it puts them off. I have a few friends who are in there early 20's and got braces and they all found bf's!
You'd be suprised by how sooo many people dont even notice u have braces until after a while of knowing u. I had them when I was 14 and i got them off and i went around telling everyone and they were like 'what you had braces????'.
I think you should get them and dont be put off geting them due to what guys will think. Do this for YOU!! When you get them off you will love your teeth so much and wont be able to stop smiling. Its such a great feeling and you deserve that feeling, so dont let anyone else stop you from geting what you want.
You can also get 'cosmetic braces' which is what i had. they are less noticeable but do cost a bit more. something to consider.

even that can be a big turn off,bandage all over your face.rite??
then why about braces and people are aware about braces and its pupose so they know after a while what change they'll get to see.

I would honestly say that I had more interest in me when I had braces, not neccessarily because of them but because I didnt let them bother me.
Any men worth knowing wouldnt be bothered at all, thats if they noticed at all (men arent the most observant sex!)
The only way they'd be put off is if you were bothered about them.
Dont worry, its totally woth it
