I wouldn't think she'd tell you that much if she wanted to hide it from you. And I agree with a previous post, that she may have kept the 4 penises on the outside to justify what she was doing according to her own definitions. I don't think it matters at all if it was in the past. Do you have a reason to question the running around now? If you love her, then treat her like you want to win her back, and you will be the winner whether there's another guy or not.

 These seem like two separate questions to me. First is whether or not those guys rubbing their penis on the outside of her vagina is considered sex or not. I don't see how at that point there's much difference between the penis being inside or not. You can get STD's from rubbing on the outside and casual friends simply don't do that. You've got to be darn close. So I'd pretty much consider it in the sex category.
Second, you think she's running around? Why would what she's done in the past factor into whether or not she's running around with guys now?

 seems pretty true to me. Rubbing the outside will stimulate her clit. If this is in the past then you should learn to control what you think, because there is NO way to change the past, unfortunalty.
She may or may not regret what she did with other guys. But as your wife you must believe that what she says is true. As it doesnt seem something that she is likely to make up.
